Drywall tape&mudding services. At Sanford's Remodeling we pride ourselves in doing our drywall finishing services just a little different than the rest. Prepacking our seams with fast setting mud and then applying our tape, doing all three coats of mud with a paint ready sanding after that. Where we differ though is that we go the extra mile and prime all our our work and check for major imperfections that would show after the painting is done and fix them. Giving our clients that extra mile everyone talks about, not just for them but for us too. We pride ourselves in our work because it's more than just work to us.
Drywall Installation
Drywall installation servicesAt Sanford remodeling we offer drywall installation services for residential remodels and new construction builds. It doesn't matter whether it's ceiling or walls, drywall is what we do. Most of our installation services have been ceilings and after seeing a lot of mis practice in the installation industry for drywall we choose to pick the safest route for our clients when it comes to installing a new ceiling. Along with screwing or ceiling in to the stud which is how my ceilings are done in the industry now we glue our ceilings with a heavy duty construction adhesive. This does two things first of which is it gives it an extra Bond creating a stronger hold on top of the screws, and two it helps prevent the ceiling from becoming wavy over time which is Boeing in the drywall due to gravity.

At Sanfords Remodeling we take on multiple flooring jobs. Whether it's vinyl, pergo, or laminate flooring we install it. Starting with the tear out of the old flooring, removing of nails and objects protruding out of the subfloor, leveling the flooring area with either self leveling compound or new sheeting, and installation of your new flooring. Getting new floors installed is a great way to brighten up your home and give it a whole new look.
Painting
Sanford's Remodeling painting servicesAt Sanford's Remodeling we offer interior and exterior painting services. 1 room painting to whole house painting we have you covered. Going over your selected colors or getting colors paint matched to be as close as possible to your preference. Caulking corners and edges, filling in nail and screw holes, fixing cracks and dents, then the fun starts with the ceilings then the doors and trim, and finally the wall paint. Most of our work is done on the interior of the home but we also provide exterior painting as well.

Kitchen Floor
My client for this project was interested in replacing her old kitchen flooring with something more updated and resistant. The homeowner had already bought the materials so it was a quick and easy install. Taking six hours we removed her old laminate and replaced it with this sleek vinyl plank flooring.
Closet build
On this job I will admit there was a couple issues in the beginning. First of which is I was not feeling very well on the first day but we made up for it on the second. We were contacted because the homeowner owner wanted more storage space in her home. We maked out where she wanted the closest and then got to work from the framing to the finish work we gave this homeowner exactly what she was looking for and when we left she was happy that she could finally have somewhere for all of her decorations as she told me.
Kitchen update
This project was a fun one. One of our rental clients had requested for a new kitchen to be installed. Cabinets, countertops, fixtures, and outlets were all installed. Then the entire apartment was also painted.
Bathroom ceiling
This homeowner have requested a new bathroom ceiling due to separation of her old one. She can finally look up without wondering if it's going to fall.
Who we are
Sanford's Remodeling is a small company that was started during the summer of 2021. I had been working in the field for two years prior to opening the company doing mostly interior remodeling through another company as a subcontractor. After enough time and finding a skill that I truly enjoyed I had decided to branch out and get my company started. Starting off Sanford's Remodeling was mainly a drywall installation and finishing business working with other businesses re-sheeting their remodel projects and realtors working on investment houses. After being in business for so long we started taking on other types of projects such as painting, flooring, tile work, trim installation and more as we started working more with rental owners doing their rental updates. We've hit our rough patches there's no doubt but we are constantly expanding our knowledge and connections working daily to build into something that is not only for us but for our families as well.
